To open an account with lgo234, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:
Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on lgo234. If we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether detected via shared personal details, IP address, device fin gerprint, payment method, or any other indicator — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers, and withhold pending withdrawals pending a full review.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly should it change. lgo234 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account details supplied by a Member, including but not limited to failed withdrawals caused by incorrect bank account numbers.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must notify lgo234 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. lgo234 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
All accounts on lgo234 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported Indonesian banking channels. Exchange rate variations are not applicable to standard account transactions.
lgo234 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of that commitment, all Members are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. We may also request verification at any time where we have reasonable grounds to do so.
Standard KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:
lgo234 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. During periods of high demand, verification may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of verification and will be released promptly once your identity has been confirmed.
If a Member is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, lgo234 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality, restrict gameplay, or close the account. Any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the original deposit source, net of any amounts subject to ongoing investigation.
Data Protection: All KYC documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are never shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.
lgo234 accepts deposits exclusively through the verified payment methods listed below. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no conversion fees applied by lgo234.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard. lgo234 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion, including implementing lower limits as a responsible gaming measure where requested by a Member or identified by our monitoring systems.
Deposits via supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your lgo234 balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes during normal banking hours. Delays may occur outside standard interbank processing windows — typically between 22:00 and 06:00 WIB. lgo234 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank's internal processing schedules.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. lgo234 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned to source and the associated account suspended pending review.
Please Note: lgo234 does not charge deposit fees. If your bank or e-wallet provider applies a transaction fee, that charge is levied by your financial institution — not by lgo234. Check your provider's fee schedule before transacting.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Members who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC review is pending will be processed immediately upon verification completion.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. lgo234 does not permit withdrawal to a payment method that was not previously used to fund the account, except in cases where a previously used method is no longer available, subject to additional verification.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours (08:00 – 23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the commencement of the next operational window. VIP-tier Members benefit from expedited processing times as defined in the VIP programme terms.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and vary by payment method and account tier. lgo234 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, which may temporarily extend processing times.
Where your account balance contains active bonus funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement, the portion of your balance attributable to those bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Your real-money balance remains withdrawable at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal limits.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by lgo234 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement of between 20x and 40x the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable real money. The applicable multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion details prior to opt-in.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following general contribution rates apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
Bonus credits that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion details will expire automatically and be removed from your account. Expired bonus funds are non-recoverable.
lgo234 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting, or any betting pattern determined by lgo234 to be designed to exploit a promotion rather than engage in good-faith gameplay.
lgo234 offers seasonal promotions aligned with key cultural dates including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other occasions. These promotions carry their own specific terms, which will be published at least 48 hours before the promotion commences. Promotional schedules may vary year to year due to the shifting dates of lunar and Hijri calendar holidays.
All games available on lgo234 are governed by both these general Terms and the specific rules applicable to each game or game category. In all cases, the outcome determined by lgo234's gaming system is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 16.
All sports betting markets — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — are subject to the Sports Betting Rules published separately on the platform. Odds are subject to change before bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference issued, the odds are locked.
All casino games, including slots from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft, are governed by their respective studio rules. Random Number Generator (RNG) integrity is certified by independent auditors. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and outcomes are determined by physical game results — no RNG is applied.

Fraud Prevention: lgo234 employs advanced fraud detection systems operating 24 hours a day. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, lgo234 reserves the right to withhold all balances and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the lgo234 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of lgo234 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any lgo234 content without prior written consent.
lgo234's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lgo234, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
lgo234's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lgo234 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting lgo234 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided there are no active investigations. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
lgo234 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where a Member has breached any provision of these Terms, where fraudulent or abusive conduct is detected, or where continued operation of the account presents a compliance or reputational risk to the platform. In such cases, lgo234 will provide reasonable notice where legally permitted to do so.
Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 10, 11, 14, 16, and 17 — shall remain in full force and effect.
If you have a dispute relating to a transaction, wager outcome, or any other aspect of your use of lgo234, you must first raise the matter with our customer support team by contacting [email protected]. Please provide your account username, the relevant transaction or bet reference, and a clear description of your concern.
lgo234 aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 24 hours and to provide a full resolution within 10 business days. Where additional investigation is required, we will inform you of the expected timeline.
All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
lgo234's decision on a disputed matter is final, subject to any escalation pathway available through the relevant gaming oversight body under whose authority lgo234 operates.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming regulations and standards. lgo234 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. While we welcome and serve Indonesian players, you acknowledge that the legal status of online gaming in Indonesia is subject to local law and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing lgo234 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
